For your conveniences we created Internet Banking service and it allows you to have free twenty-four-hour on-line access to your accounts.
You have no need to visit Bank branch and wait in queue anymore. You may manage your funds easily, quickly and safely all over the world by Internet.
Internet Banking from UniCredit Bank allows:
- To control your funds transfers on accounts, including last 12 months statements’ view and print twenty-four-hours;
- To perform regular and one-time transfers in national currency all over Ukraine*;
- To execute credit card repayment when it is convenient for you;
- To change the credit card minimal payment amount on your own;
- To review deposit and loan information (amount, interest rate, term);
- To make advanced loan repayment.
*payments sent after operational time will be executed on next working day.
To become Internet Banking user you need:
- to refer to UniCredit Bank branch and to sign Additional Agreement on Internet Banking;
- to receive set of passwords for system access and operations execution;
- to visit protected page of Internet Banking service, to enter login and password;
- to start service usage.
I entered the client number and password for 5th times in a row but can not enter the system. I was informed by Contact-Center, that the service is active. Why cannot I access the Internet-banking?
It is possible that you entered wrong client number. Please, check your client number (login) in Additional Agreement about electronic banking.
I made money transfer by Internet-banking and now I need to receive payment order with Bank stamp. How can I get it?
Please, apply to any UniCredit Bank branch for receiving certified copy of payment document.
When can I make money transfers in Internet-banking?
You can make money transfers twenty-four-hours. Pay attention that Bank executes money transfers during operational time. The payments made via Internet-banking after operational time will be executed on next working day.
